Answers to what we are asked most, from cancelling an order to choosing a size. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

How do I place an order?
Choose a piece and its size, add it to your bag and check out. We email you a confirmation with your order details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Cancel it in the Runway app before it leaves our warehouse. After delivery you can ask for a return under our returns policy.
Where do you deliver?
Across Egypt, and to the international destinations shown at checkout.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
Our delivery partner will contact you, and a second attempt may be scheduled.
Questions about sizing and payment
How do I choose the right size?
Every product page has its size guide in centimetres. If you are unsure, customer care can help.
Will the piece look exactly like the photographs?
We aim for accurate photographs; lighting and screens can shift a colour slightly.
How can I pay?
By card, Apple Pay or another option shown at checkout.
How do I reach customer care?
